Warranty Claims Policy

Vakker® Dental offers a limited warranty ranging from 6 months to 2 years on most items, depending on the product. This warranty covers manufacturing defects and ensures that your product functions as intended under normal use.

If your product is found to be defective right out of the box, please report the issue within 30 days of receipt. In such cases, we will cover the shipping costs for repair or replacement. After 30 days, customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with warranty claims.

Our warranty does not cover accidental damage, misuse, or negligence. Examples of non-covered damages include items that have been dropped, chewed, tripped over, exposed to water or extreme temperatures, or damaged by broken USB hubs or tangled cords. Products showing signs of tampering or unauthorized repairs are also not eligible for warranty coverage.

Please ensure proper packaging when returning items. Damages during transit due to inadequate packaging may void the warranty claim.
